someone who can provide some instructions on the use of Churri Kaanta
I mean knife and Fork… I have to attend a high profile dinner with some folks in my organization and also a few VIP guests 
I am a total PhD in using knife and Fork

i was guggling puggling and a web page says that Churri has to be held in the right hand and the kaanta in the left hand - So I have to eat with LEFT ?

Look, it's like this. The big fork on the right is for salads and the little fork next to that serves no purpose whatsoever. Then there's the big spoon, which is for soups. The little spoon is for your main dish (rice or whatever). Big knife is for cutting, little knife for spreading (butter).
When all else fails, eat with your hands. It's sunnah, you know. :)
