oh man. I didnt have a class today so i woke up late. Felt very lazy… i decided to go to the gym. Normally i wouldnt have a problem doing shoulder presses with 45 pound dumbells but for some reason after 1 set and 3 reps my right arm failed… and the right hand weight dropped dead right on my head.
Fortunately i ducked in time and the dumbells slided across my forehead hitting me right above the left eye and bouced on my chest before i caught the weight with my left hand. I felt dizzy for 2 seconds… i finished my workup and came back.
It could have been a lot worse. If i hadnt ducked my skull would have a crack in it. I Thank Allah miyan for saving me

I bet many guys in here can relate to that.Just trying to push yourself to the limit.I had a similar incident while trying to dumbell chest press too,except i just had enough strength to bring the weights down slowly and rest them on my chest.Next time get someone to spot you. :)
Did you lift other weights before u did the shoulder press?
