Nothing justifies staring at some one. Privacy must be protected, irrespective of what other person is wearing. you must do your part.

i find it a total waste of time to gaze and scan other ppl....that is why ppl in Pakistan are always up for this activity.

Bibi baat apkay kaam ki nahi deen ki aur what's rite and what's wrong ki hai.
her banday nay apnay iman ka jawab dena hai. koe keray bhi to i really dont need to poke in their business. haan i do my best to dress as modest as possible.
ps. even though i dont have to deal with such eyes since i dont live in pakistan, but in my recent trip when even i visited any shop they were like k yeh baji to please chali jayain. 
there was this shopkeeper…he was like baji yeh lay loo, imported hai. i said k yahan aisi kon si cheez hai jo imported nahi hai 
sub he to china say hai 
my mama dragged me from there.

Bc essentially Robert did say what we're all saying: that men must do their part to not stare at women, regardless of how we're dressed.

The problem is people look for a long time and that becomes a ‘stare’!!
You cannot expect people to walk while looking at the ground or sky…otherwise the guy may even collide with the girl…and that’s even ‘worse’…

I never promoted or supported the idea of men checking out women. I just hi-lighted the reason why they do it...simple.
I am accepting the blame as a man, you, as a woman should be honest and brave enough to do the same.
BTW, as someone mentioned above, women check men out more than men check women out...
