To say no woman will get stared out or harassed if she wears hijab and is fullly covered is obviously not true, I have seen it happen many many many times.
Please mention the post where I said this ? If in case I had said it somewhere and don't remember it, then please forgive me for my insane remarks. I sure was out of my mind when I said that, though I don't remember it due to my weak memory. May Allah (swt) forgive me.
