Well said. Eyes are door to mind and heart. When this door is opened to dirt (behayai) all this dirt enters the mind and heart and pollutes them. Then a polluted mind would always fancy polluted thoughts (Adultery) and a polluted heart would always wish to commit those acts of adultery.
Opening eyes to dirt is the first step towards adultery, that is why Allah (swt) orders us to lower our gaze when we come across any behayai.
