Why seperate the two? is it not possible for a person to have a sexual fantasy and that kind of fantasy (to help out others)?

Every man (and woman) has fantasies that they cannot and will not act out. You cannot police peoples minds.
I personally believe that beating your child to a pulp is far worse than watching a porn. but hey to each their own.
