I have a friend /acquaintance where my child goes to Karate and she told me today jokingly that her husband wanted her to take her son to the test for belts as he would have more chance of getting one if she went. (The instructors are men there and she is goodlooking). I didnt know what to say, her son is pretty good in Karate as is and would have no problem whatsoever.I asked does he ask that of her a lot and she said on and off.
I know looks can give a person some sort of leverage on certain situations and women do tend to use it at times..but the thing is her husband saying it.One thing she said was that when they were about to get married he and her husband went out and he later told her that he liked the way people reacted when he was with her walking:smack:

That is definitely weird and I also know people who put their wives in the spotlight to achieve whatever they want to achieve. It is absolutely wrong. I would rather live without that achievement than to use my wife's looks to get something.

Well I know a desi guy too who keeps saying his wife is so hot whenever they are at parties, even in front of their kids. Mind you they have a son who’s married and the fellow compares his wife to his bahu
It sounds strange but they both seem to enjoy that.

I think he is an opportunist who is taking advantage of his wife's looks. He was probably never given a second glance as a single, so he is enjoying the attention.

Exactly my thoughts. Its very cheap to use your spouse in this manner.
Seems like the guy is to lazy to go and is just using the looks as an excuse to get out of it. Either that or he is dumb. The examiner is not going to grade someone based on the looks or his mother. That wouldn’t be fair to anyone…including the kid.

its probably becuz hes pretty shy telling her straight up how beautiful she is but rather putting her into some situation and tell her that u'll be able to handle it since ure beautiful..

all of this is abominable. people do not realize how low they seem when they ashame their ownselves by going over board in appreciating each other. the relationship between wife and her husband is so sacred, it must not ever be trivialized or wasted in indecent words ever.
