After!!! They were both supposed to be c section, but they could not stop twin #1 from coming out..i went from 4 centimeters to him tearing through my cervix in 10 minutes! Both bags of water had broken simultaneously, and they tried to move #2 into position hoping he’d come vaginaly too, but no such luck…gave me an immediate spinal (had no sensation from neck down, and did the emergency c section
