I am going to get married in Feb 2012 Inshallah.. i just want to get some help from u guys.. plz pass me any good site or any notes in which i know my rights and duties as a wife and how should i be an ideal muslim wife…and also i wanna show it to my hubby.. thanx

and, learn to have issues with your MIL, FIL, BIL, SIL...especially MIL...and learn how to counter them in real life 24/7...

...for issues that you may face is MAASI issues [similar as maaN sii issues]...read ALL of the thtreads/posts started by our esteemed Gappan Nad123's :D

best person to ask would be a 'MOLVI' but on GS it's a fashion to be against molvis so here you won't get a good advice! :D * :)*

lol.. in pakistan i cant go to molvi as i m female.. i just tought everyone is so helpful here so they will help me too.. coz here majority users r married n they r muslims.. :)

welcome but i know you will NOT agree with what he will tell you in the book because he wrote the book for an audience who existed a longggggggggggggggggg time and since then folk's values have changed drastically!

Well, go read some real stuff, but if you must, life1 version is as follows:

  1. Your husband is obligated to provide all sorts of financial, emotional, other sort of support
  2. You agreeing to marry him is enough on your part, your obligation is only that
