I heard from very reliable sources:mash:. any one who considers hadeeth as fairytales will reject the ahaadeeth from Saheeh Bukhari too anyway.

do they have private living quarters for everyone in jannat or the whole crowd stays in one big superdome type building? what kind of furniture do they have there? I mean once you think about it that there will be miilions of believers...probably billions as we are talking about few thousand years of human production......how will the logistics work? I mean if one has som many youthfull companions, one needs a big bedroom with few dozen beds probably equiped with poles and railings....in such a situation one would probably life to keep wife in separate quarters.

Hadith-e-Qudsi:
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah 
who said that the Messenger of Allah:saw: said:
*Allah:swt: said: *
I have prepared for My righteous servants what no eye has seen and no ear has heard, not has it occurred to human heart. Thus recite if you wish (1): And no soul knows what joy for them (the inhabitants of Paradise) has been kept hidden (Quran Chapter 32 Verse 17).
(1) The words “Thus recite if you wish” are those of Abu Harayrah.
It was related by al-Bukhari, Muslim, at-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah.

All things said and done he might still need his brother and nephews to be happy !!!
Just an afterthought question
what about the gay guys who did not yield to temptations in their lifetimes. Would they get some guys as well !!!

Question: Will a person be able to see his brother in Paradise?

Allah tells us that the people of Paradise will talk to each others and that they will ask each other about some of the things that went on during their worldly lives.
Allah says: “Then they will turn to one another and question one another. One of them will say: ‘I had a comrade (on the Earth) who used to say: “Do you really believe that when we die and become dust and bones, we shall indeed receive rewards and punishments?”’ He shall say: ‘Would you like to look down?’ He shall look down and see him in the midst of the Fire. He shall say: ‘By Allah! You were little short of bringing me to perdition. Had it not been for the grace of my Lord, I should certainly have been among those brought (there)’.” [Sûrah al-Sâfât: 50-57]
In his commentary on the Qur’ân, Ibn Khathîr discusses these verses, saying:
Allah tells that the people of Paradise will approach each other and question each other about their life on the Earth and how it was and what they went through therein. This will be their topic of discussion while they take drinks and during their meetings while reclining on couches with servants attending to them, bringing them all goodness in the form of food, drink and apparel such no one has ever seen, heard, or even imagined.” [Tafsîr Ibn Khathîr]
Allah says: “And those who believe and whose families follow them in faith, We shall reunite them with their families; nor shall we deprive them (of the fruit) of aught of their works: Each individual is in pledge for his deeds.” [Sûrah al-Tûr: 21]
In this verse Allah says that He will bless the believing family members that he shall bring them together in Paradise. This will take place by raising the status in Paradise of the children who fell short of their parents’ status to the levels in Paradise attained by their parents. This is by Allah’s immense generosity and favor.
Ibn Kathîr relates the following that Ibn `Abbâs said regarding the above verse:
These are the children of the believers who die on belief. Then, if their fathers attained a higher level in Paradise than they did, they will follow their fathers, and none shall have any of their good deeds reduced. [Tafsîr Ibn Kathîr]
Abû Nu`aym relates on the authority of Hamîd b. Hilâl that: “I has been conveyed to us that the denizens of Paradise, the higher and lower grades from among them, shall visit each other.”
There are several hadîth about the visiting of the people of Paradise, however they are all weak. They are mentioned by Abû Nu`aym in Sifât al-Jannah (258-260) and by Ibn al-Qayyim in Hâdî al-Arwâh Ilâ Bilâd al-Afrâh (332-336).

Read what he said. Rashguy said “gay guys who resist temptations”; ie men who are sexually attracted to males but refrain from doing forbidden acts with men - ie gay guys who restrain their urge to do gay things.

So that makes it different? That’s like saying I had fantasies about naked girls all my life and kept thinking about them all the time, but I still would go to heaven because I didn’t actually go and grab a girl!

You mean to say that a person being gay has to fantasize all the time. I am talking about gays who try to live by the true niyyat !!!

We are told that in Paradise we will be very happy, get everything we want, delicious fruits, servants, clothes etc…but wot if we do not care for such (materialistic) things? I know i won’t be happy even with a bunch of “freshies” around, if i don’t have my loved ones with me…if wot is precious to u in life are people (parents, siblings, spouse, kids, etc), then y wudn’t they still be in the after-life? That seems like a miserable existence to me

Surah Ra’ad [13]
21: **Gardens of perpetual bliss: they shall enter there, as well as the righteous among their fathers, their spouses, and their offspring: and angels shall enter unto them from every gate (with the salutation): **
Heard the tafseer of this ayah last night and it mentions the same that the ayah talks about taking people from your kin who are in lower level of Jannah to the level where the relative of a higher status is. The tafseer specifically points out that it does not say taking relatives out of hellfire.

4:124 If any do deeds of righteousness,- be they male or female - and have faith, they will enter heaven, and not the least injustice will be done to them.

yaar, why do u worry? Do u not believe the word of Allah? It is the best of rewards you can get. Obviously, none of the above will be problems in heaven. It will be a whole different dimension, uncomparable to earth.
As for the bold part,
…they (the righteous) will recline on raised couches, wearing the finest silks, pearls, and gold bracelets, with the purest of women, in Gardens of Eden, with rivers flowing under them…
They will have Gardens of Eden with rivers flowing under them. They will be adorned in them with bracelets made of gold and wear green garments made of the finest silk and rich brocade, reclining there on couches under canopies. What an excellent reward! What a wonderful repose! (18:31)
They will wear green garments of fine silk and rich brocade. They will be adorned with silver bracelets. And their Lord will give them a pure draught to drink. (76:21)

Isn't it a duty upon both the husband and wife to make sure that they are both on the path of deen?
And when your wife will be the most beautiful thing for you in jannah, why the HELL would you go for the huurs over your wife?!
Refer to the books on Jannah and the reasons for Huurs. Those huurs are not all female, some are even boys and men, all servants for you.
