I never get ![]()
as weird as it sounds but I dun feel hunger. May b it’s due to my bz n skipping meals lifestyle of 15+ years now that I dun feel the need of having meals. I dun even eat junk food 4 that matter. Sum times it will b 2-3 days and I’ll go on with out havin a proper meal. When I was moving 2 US my mum’s only concern was that who’s going 2 force me to eat
as back home she made sure that @least hv 1 meal a day in front of her eyes.
Now I just eat for the sake of living and it’s not abt dieting, I hv
a :k: physique, I just dun feel like eating esp lunch. It’s been ages since I had lunch. I cook dinner daily @ home coz my bhai can’t live with out parathaaz n desi salanz but I never get tempted 2 even taste that stuff.

You lose appetite if you don't eat.
Same with me..when I don't eat I don't feel hungry....when I do eat a little I feel hungry a lot.

You will have to train yourself to eat, little by little and you will notice that you will build an appetite. I have been through this and know of some good tips; will post some soon :)

i have the same issue... if i dont eat then i dont get hungry and if eat then i get hungry.. wierd but true , even my water intake is so little... :(

^that's debatable.
You need to eat a balanced diet (not too much, not too little) to ensure your body is getting the nutrients it requires. Sometimes, deficiency of nutrients result in poor digestive response, hence, loss of appetite.
You need to train your body. One way to do that is to eat very little quantity of food but a lot more frequently. It's called grazing (just like a cow does :P) - munch on something small all the time (eg I keep a pack of almonds or sunflower seeds with me and pretty much eat them all the time). Do not drink large quantities of water before or during a meal. Eat a variety of foods and make sure you eat on time! (that's very very important). Some types of teas (peppermint, green tea) also increase your appetite.
And take multivitamins (I dont take them but I have heard from a lot of people that they make you feel hungry).
