Amazing movie! Loved it. Just finished reading Book 1 and 2 because the movie had me so intrigued and I didn't want it to end. I'm on number 3 now.

I haven't read the books yet, but I really enjoyed the movie and have been haunted by the story! Like it's stuck with me, which is always a good thing. Planning to read the books soon.

My daughter is pestering me to watch it , I have promised to take her to watch it this weekend. Last weekend it was sold out in our city and all neighboring cities theaters.

Ok movie - Initially, I thought I was watching Harry Potter Goblet of Fire - but Harry Potter was much better.

mannnnn...... i just finished with teh stupid twilight and the stupid books and now we are already talking 2 books plus movie for hunger games?!

damn it.. this feels like hw now!

im dyin to watch it... but wont be happening soon :(

I just wish I watched this before I Condemned. It's too similar in concept to the aforementioned movie.

I have read the books, and I LOVED the movie!! I thought everybody played their part so well.

I read all three books a week before I watched the movie!
I was super excited for the movie; there were 13 of us and we went for midnight screening!

Am I the only one who thinks they killed the ending? It was rushed. :(
I really think they could have done a lot better job. I wish they had put a bit more emphasis on the cave scene and even the very last scene(berries), after reading the book, it just didn't ..... :(

At least the depiction of Capitol was spot on!
And of course, Gale's hot! :d

so glad i didnt read any books. :snooty: my wife who’s read the books kept complaining how they didnt show this, elaborate on that, made district 11 black blahblahblah uhhh..

movie was good. i liked the mentor haywich(sp?). they could have traded peeta for rue though.

we should have hunger games between the different GS forums muahahah.

i watched the movie on the opening night and loved it minus the fact that there were a lot of HS kids who kept clapping in the middle and the end.

The movie motivated me to read the books. So i just finished the first book yesterday and now on the second one. The movie did a good job sticking to the book and didn't miss much. I just wish the ending was elaborated
