re: -HUMSAFAR-
itni emotional scene the jab ashar apni maa ka mu chumta hai .... made me cry:( ....
It's kind of an eye opener and a lesson in the sense that Ashar forgives his mother who tried to destroy ( and did to an extent ) his life , keeps her in the house and cares for her because at the end of the day she is still his mother. Yet there are examples in the real world ( seen it happen a number of times ) where sons disrespect mothers and kick them out for no reason at all ....
One of the thing I've have loved the most about this drama is that you somehow end up feeling even for the negative characters . This has never happened before and usually even after a drama ends you still see the character as evil but with Humsafar it is not the case. For instance, even though sara was against Ashar/ Khirad but it made me upset to see her die. Today, despite knowing Fareeda destroyed Ashar / Khirad's life, seeing her like that going mental made me feel sorry for her.

I cried so much!!

I loved this episode!
Finally Khizar had something to say! Finally, after saying quiet for so long, she tells him that he should’ve trusted her if he loved her! It was one sentence, but it was perfect!
Atiqa Odho. WOW. Really hated her acting throughout the series, but she was phenomenal in this episode. The woman has some amazing facial expressions!
Sara’s mom. The first scene. Made me cry so much.
Asher confronting his mom. Great job Fawad Khan!
The drama had its ups and downs. Some good episodes, some terrible ones. But it was definitely great entertainment. The chemistry between Mahira and Fawad Khan was electric and have definitely set a high bar for other on-screen couples.
I really wish that our writers would start thinking outside the box and give us a bit more context and develop the characters better. After 23 episodes, we still don’t know why an educated, upper class woman acted that way towards her very nice DIL. We do not know why Asher, a Yale educated, upper class, handsome man had so many insecurities. At least with Khirad we knew that her father’s teachings had a big influence on her character.
The OST. Oh! the OST. LOVE IT!!
kabhi yeh haal ke donon mein yak dili thi bohot
kabhi yeh marhala jaisey ke aashnai na thi
These two lines really defined the last half of the series.
I am definitely going to miss this drama but I am very satisfied with the ending.

One of the best Dramas ever.
re: -HUMSAFAR-
OMG. The last episode airs in 10 minutes in my end of the world. I'm already feeling kinda' sad thinking it'll never air again. Oh, they better put out the whole series on DVD.
re: -HUMSAFAR-
^How can you wait thatttttt long!!!!?!? I would've youtubed it first thing in the morning! ever since this drama has been aired I have spent my Saturday mornings with my laptop. Humsafar is definitely going to be missed. The last scene was adorable.
re: -HUMSAFAR-
^Because it's always a family event and we all watch it together. I just finished watching it and that last scene was THE BEST. I just felt bad for Sara but I'm glad everything finished on a good satisfying end. Best drama ever.
re: -HUMSAFAR-
Watching the live special and wow, Ehsan Khan talks so much.
I can't wait for the cast to come but from the comments I read Noor (Khizar) and Atiqa were not at the show. Boo. :(
