People, vision is always 20/20 in hindsight. So stop comparing Humsafar to Daam/Doraha/QeT. I'm not sure why QeT is even brought up in the same sentence since it was an average drama, and had plenty of painfully slow episodes. I loved Daam, but it wasn't flawless, neither was Doraha, though in terms of entertainment Doraha was a more complete package (Romance/Heartbreak/Patchup, etc).
And now here's Humsafar, a serial that connects with the audience like no other at the moment, and draws in crowds, people can't stop chatting about it, and we all raise our expectations to unattainable levels. Yes it has plenty of flaws in the second half, certain things are over looked, and certain things are still unanswered, but we will find the answers to some of those questions in the coming episodes. Give it a rest! It's not a movie, so there will be no instant gratification. So lets give Humsafar a break, rather than micro-analyzing each nitty bit.

Yaar it is a forum. There will both be positive and not so positive feedback. That's fantastic that a lot of pol watch the drama and accept it for what it is and move on. Some of us bigger fanatics obessess about it and even drive our cars into trees thinking about what will happen next. When you have such a large fan base as Humsafar has garnered you will see all sorts of feedback. Not trying to spoil the fun for those of u who are not bothered by these details and will let the drama play out and what will happen. But me personally I love dramas with a positive message and ones you can learn from and incorporate into your own life. Khirad never questions Ashers friendship with Sarah and is secure......but Asher is very mistrusting. Seems to be an issue with Pakistani society. me personally I want to see Khirad confront him about this. It might happen in the coming episodes who knows.....Humtv is similar to WE network which focus on women and relationship issues.
re: -HUMSAFAR-
plz check spoilers latter thing is discussed there
OK thanks :)
Just wanted to confirm whether the drama will address both situations in coming episodes as they seemed significant. BTW this is a forum and all matters concerning this drama are allowed to be up for discussion whether big or small.

honestly I think no one at this point what issues will be addresses and which ones will left open ended......many ppl read the novel and based their assumptions on the ways things occur in the novel. As for myself I am an illiterate in Urdu so I have to rely on what I have read in different forums and from what was relayed to me by different ppl who have actually read the novel. One thig is for sure the drama now deviates from the actual novel. So basically no one really knows what will actually happen except the Humsafar production team. All of guppies are discussing possibilities only. a humble suggestion would be for those who are getting annoyed by the forum is not to read the threads and just contine watching the episodes every Saturday and be content. Accepting the drama for what is and appreciating is fantastic. For those of who are bothered by certain details and events in drama this should be great place to come to. Really no offense to those of you who love it for what it is.
re: -HUMSAFAR-
i loved this episode. Though yes the little kid is not acting like a 4 year old. They should have cast somebody else as Hareem.
Other than that, somebody tell Naveen (Sara) to stop with the dieting...she has started looking anorexic. She looked prettier when she had some flesh on her. Now she just looks evil !
And I felt soo bad for Khirad :(
re: -HUMSAFAR-
re: -HUMSAFAR-
I think the entire thing could be solved by saying Hareem was six years old :P
Jahan script ko itna change kiya hay, thora aur kar lo. Poetic license after all

Totally agree. This could have been one simple way of solving the problem. Otherwise they could have been found a girl that was older but shorter and looked younger. Even for a 6 year old Sara Kashif (Hareem) is a tall girl. To her credit Sara Kashif (Hareem) looks like Asher and Khirad's daughter.
re: -HUMSAFAR-
What I find surprising is ....
Suddenly she meets a daddy who she is madly in love with. The moment she sees him she hugs him .. and then they become buddies like no other .. meanwhile, she even forgets she has been living 4 years with her mommy
Also, Khirad was a mother full of respect, full of self esteem for herself .. she could not even think of visiting some one's place uninvited. ... and the daughter keeps asking daddy for doll, for the car, etc. I mean she just met! They haven't even established that father-daughter relation firmly enough for her to be demanding all of a sudden.
I know .. I know I am being critical! I love the drama but i am sensing flaws in the firmness of mother-daughter relation & father-daughter relation.

As far as the drama is concerned, I don't see what is wrong in discussing the flaws . This drama is the most popular on the forums here, which tells you that people love it! And when something is not right with things that you love, you get frustrated! So please let us carry on taking out our frustrations here, Thank You! :D

Couldn't have said it better myself! I think the director probably had issues in replicating what was in the novel. THAT'S have heard that there little cuteness and dialogues in the novel. 4.5 years are quite chatty and precocious esp. a little girl raised by single mom and one that is sick.
