This drama is toooooooooooooo filmi for me.
you can say the situation is nothing new and the story has been told before in other dramas or movies in a different way.
I think what is keeping me glued is script, direction, and acting. Otherwise all of us have seen many a movies where boy meets girl, falls in love, bad people come and try to ruin their lives etc. etc. but we still watch them because we enjoy that triumph of good over evil :)

my huby's frnd name is also asher so 2day huby was telling something 2 me like asher's son did this n i was like no he l have daughter n huby was like wht n thn all of a sudden i was like ohhhh sorry i was thinking about humsafar ooops :)

it's a kahani, lets treat as such. I dont expect my real life to turn into anything like this-the good or the bad. I just want to enjoy a good story and amazing characters.

^ true, it's a very well told story with very believable characters and scenarios I think. a friend of mine also thought the romance was kinda filmy but that's because she watches the loud, saas bahu soaps with 'real life' soapy stories of shouting saas bahu, mean abusive husband and touchy feely corny one liners as romance ;) I guess some ppl can relate more to that than a subtle romantic story.

Lets just hope it stays this way, because that is what I'm enjoying about this drama. I got the impression from some spoilers here that things are going to turn a bit filmy...I hope Farhat did not turn it into a far fetched twisted plot after such a good start. Already I'm questioning the sudden change in Asher's personality. If he is shown as a mature sensible person who recognises his wife's naivety, then things should not in theory go horribly wrong. I know writers are there to write dramatic plot lines, but not at the expense of getting all wishy washy unreal in the end. I wait with trepidation..

^ I also dont understand Asher's behavior, especially after such good advice from his father on his deathbed. Was Asher not listening to a single thing his dad was saying about Khirad being very simple? Also how can he suddenly become so insecure. I really want to keep on enjoying this drama, so I hope there are no blunders!

Attiqa odhoo is taking revenge what baseerat said to her that I am gonna divorce you if you say anything against this rishta. And TBH it was harsh she is Asher's mom and she does have some rights over her son, it was just rude.
