I know there’s a lot of Babar Javed bashing around these forums and for good reason considering the disasters that were Meri Zaat Zara e Benishan, qaid e tanhai etc. But for every Qaid e Tanhai there’s a Diya Jale which btw is one of the best dramas I’ve seen in a while and though it tackles the done to death women empowerment, self realization theme, the whole treatment was very sensible and believable doing full justice to the excellent screenplay. Another one of his better efforts was Kuch Dil ne kaha which again kept this viewer gripped and poignantly delivered certain “aha” moments.
So lets give credit where its due.
