I realize sex is not allowed while you are fasting but what bout hugging and kissing or cuddling while you are fasting.
Im probably assuming kissing on the lips is not allowed just need to know the correct information on other things.

Upto my knowledge , you can sleep with your partner . Kissing , Hugging or cuddling are allowed .

Narrated 'Aisha: The Prophet used to kiss and embrace (his wives) while he was fasting, and he had more power to control his desires than any of you.
Said Jabir, "The person who gets discharge after casting a look (on his wife) should complete his fast."
*Volume 3, Book 31, Number 150: *
Narrated Hisham's father:
Aisha (r.a) said,
"Allah's Apostle used to kiss some of his wives while he was fasting," and then she smiled".

During one sitting, two men, separetely came to Pophet Mohammed (PBUH) and pretty much asked the same question.
One was very young and was newly wed. Prophet asked him to refrain from such act during fast
Other was old and been married for long time. Prophet allowed him to do that
Sahaba asked about the contradiction and Prophet gave the same asnwer which is coming to your mind as you are reading this
My advice to adrestaia, if you can avoid that, not only its better, but because you are doing it for Allah (swt) you will get more rewards
