brother this is really simple to understand,if we r suppose to solve "poverty alleviation, education, health, industry etc " then wats the use of gov???
only the head,the one who controls,has responsibilty can solve these issues

u can see its just an order from ruler which can solve the issue…as i gave some exaples in my first post /the thread

i or u cannot solve ne of these issues…u can take example of any social worker or such org..did they succeed in vanishing the problem they working on??

completely solving no, but then there is no government that had been able to completely solve it either.
I can give you examples of may social workers who have had a profound impact on the lives of people through their work.

additionally, if social work is a hard pill to swallow, there is plenty of planning and policy work that is needed from everything ranging from irrigation planning to trade promotion.

and if its the govts role to solve everything then let the govts sort out this whole khilafah business as well, after all as you said “issues r solved from higher level not lower”
