brother this is really simple to understand,if we r suppose to solve "poverty alleviation, education, health, industry etc " then wats the use of gov???
only the head,the one who controls,has responsibilty can solve these issues
u can see its just an order from ruler which can solve the issue…as i gave some exaples in my first post /the thread
i or u cannot solve ne of these issues…u can take example of any social worker or such org..did they succeed in vanishing the problem they working on??
issues r solved form higher level not lower !!
