looks like you have already set standards and wrote instruction book for khalipha. looks like you will reject a khalipha who doesnt do all that you mentioned.

what if the khalipha says to people " You all dudes need to chill and relax. lets sing praises for god, dance and party. Lets take out kids to park for picnic and go to grand canyon for rafting. lets take our families out for dinner regularly. lets all have fun, forget about jews and conspiracies and finish that masters degree and be a productive part of the society."

would u still follow him

yes its ok to chill n relax but ofcorse to dance n party is against islam!!
if u r muslim u wud know meaning of ‘implementing islam’
rassull ALLAH told us to obey hukmaran even if we dislike his habbits untill he commands harram i.e not islam…

a muslim shud know,understand and believe that islam is the solution,only the system given by creature can maintain balance

it is farz upon muslims to live accordin to/ under sharia…darul islam…as it facilitates muslims to follow and live according to islam(as state maintains interest free economy, segregation in society …)

Allah told us that islam will conquer the world,so did prophet(p.b.u.h)…we know islam will rise and decline to complete kufr before qiyamah

and** there is nothing that we have decide with our own aqal,watever rules n purpose i mentioned about khilafa r according to quran and sunnah**
