yea but some ppl's teeth are sensitive for the crest white strips, my bro.'s teeth started hurting or soemthing like that after using it.

They're just little packs with two strips each which u peel off the backing and then place on ur teeth. They really do make a difference even after just once application but don't keep them on too long cos they might make ur teeth a bit tingly and sensitive..

I found these ones really good. But you need to be careful, if you start noticing tinglyness or sensitivity during wear, just stop and try again the next day. Also, it’s best to use just one a day over a 14 day period if you want to avoid being left with sensitive teeth.

I love love love listerine whitening mouthwash. Quick, easy, conveninet and cheap. And doesnt make my teeth sensitive like the strips.

BTW I once heard we weren't suppose to whiten or file teeth, because I had plans for teeth whitening and left it now because I'm not sure whether it is allowed or not.

to be honest, if you don't brush your teeth twice a day .. do that! like my teeth become so white when i brush twice a day even for a week.. and use arm and hammer whitening tooth paste i think that really helps too.. i tried crest white strips and stuff I feel like the effect only lasted for a couple months
