buy Colgate sparkling white toothpaste. use it 2-3 times a day. u'll soon see diff. Also u can add some baking soda with ur toothpaste n use it once a week.
A mix of baking soda n hydrogen peroxide is a home remedy for teeth whitening but should be use carefully n not too often.( once a week max)
crest whitening though giv impressive results i hate them .they r too messy for me. within mins i start collecting saliva after using them which ofcourse u hav to spit.n as soon as they get wet they start coming off.
