Let's go through the list again.
Pakistan is not a rich country, these bombers, organization and/or whoever they are getting the money from outside.
If someone is going to blow up himself, what would be the reason, no jobs or a Maulvi told him too. Nah...no different than a crack head in America who watches 50 channels everyday. It will make them depress not able to blow themselves in middle of market or airport.
The best madrassas and Molvis have done is make hatemongers in Pakistan who may be ignorant with the ground realities, but not willing to go this far.
Like I said, all these attacks, if you look them carefully have a plan in place; how to reach the area, break security codes, transfer the ammo and timing. Pakistan anticipated attacks during Moharram and it happened, despite all the security and planning.
