I personally feel that the govt should take steps to disassociate religion with education. An open minded outlook should be cultivated to accept the thoughts and ideas of others as the youth today are resorting to violence at the drop of a hat. The so called arms bazaar should be banned to prevent the easy accessibility to any kind of weapons. The minorities should also be encouraged to take an active part in governance as this may lead to increase in tolerance amongst the people. In this forum also the people have asked the topic initiator to mind his own business. While it can be argued to be true it does set us to reflect on the things that are wrong and could be corrected. The right to speech should not be curbed. If the society becomes open and more tolerant, then automatically the level of violence will drop dramatically. The mullah culture and most of the madrassas should be done away with gradually and diplomatically. No one should be forced to follow religion only encouraged. If there is a binding on any person, then it always comes out in violent channels. Proper, correct and widespread education amongst the citizens is an absolute must.

Sir, We should stop living in dream gagaland. We are in no position to take any global initiative. We need to look inward and start a war against illiteracy, economic collapse, unemployment, population growth etc etc..

Am not saying that Islam should not be preached, am just saying that Islam or for that matter any religion be forced upon, rather encourage people to adopt.
Lets take Pakistan forward and not back to medeival period. There was nothing much wrong with Pakistan in pre-Zia period. The problems started only after he decided religion to be the basic tenet of most of his policies.

Sir in Islamic Society Islam is the basic tenet of All the policies Islam is a deen that is it covers all aspects of Life from Politics to economy and all the social life their is no such thing which Islam does not cover so Muslims will have to make all the policies according to Islam and also Islamic Governments can and have to force many things because they are good for the people
