Can anyone tell me how to lose ur belly weigh i am like 27 inch wasit and i wana make it go 25 inch in few months…would be nice if u tell me some excrise of reducing belly weigh or something which u have tired and it really worked it can be anything
27 inch seems fine...but if you want to reduce your waist then the basic rule is to eat less or to do excercise. You can do any excercise that you like.
I'm not sure what they're called, but the arm over the head bend at the waist stretch is very good for trimming your waist. It's always the first exercise I do after I recover from childbirth. I do about 25-30 per side per day and have only gone up one size after marriage (and four kids).
abs...tone your waist I am not sure if they actually reduce your waist....I think you need to do some additional excercise where you burn off your energy.
The only way to lose weight around the abdominal area is by running. Pilates and core stability classes helps but the only way i lost the weight around my stomach after i had my baby was by running. Oh yeh im training to be a fitness instructor to teach classes thats y i know abt this stuff.
