The other day I tried adding some of the rooh afsha syrup in a glass of water and it tastes horrible. Am I making this wrong, I had this when I was younger at invites and It tasted nicer- didn’t have milk. Are you supposed to add sugar and other stuff if so how much? Please give quantities for 1 glass say. Also any other ways of using this syrup would be great as i have a bottle of this stuff to finish.
I don't know about you all, but the rooh afza I buy comes from Pak, is deep red, smells lovely, sweet and syrupy, I just add some diet sprite, or some tonic water and a bit of sugar.
I know how to make Roh Afza but I dont know how to make Roh Afsha :(

This is driving me nuts!
always have rooh afza/jame sheerin in cold water....because it tastes soooo refreshing....
1 glass of cold water and add rooh afza init. the quantity of rooh afza depends on how much sweet you want it. i usually add sugar in my roohafza since i make loads and if sugar isnot added then lots of roohafza has to be used for the taste. so this is how i save my rooh afza from finishing in one day.
you can also make rooh afza sikanjabeen. so basically making roohafza with the above recipe i mentioned and then adding 1 lemon and a bit of salt. again teh salt and lemon depends on your taste....it tastes delicious.
you can also get some lolly moulds. pour the rooh afza you have made, in it and then freeze it. finally you can eat it as a lolly.
or you can also get some soft ice...(like from the sides of your freezer) and add the rooh afza syrup and just eat it with a spoon.
finally pour a bit of rooh afza like a topping on your icecream...vanilla, mango etc etc. it tastes awesome
