This may seem like trolling but it’s a serious issue. I have a male bunny called bun. Bun was always so affectionate and loved cuddling. Then I got him a female bunny, called bunny. She likes being petted but hates cuddling. Now bun and bunny have made friends with each other and eat together and play together but bun wants to cuddle all the time. Bunny doesn’t let him cuddle with her. Whenever he tries to get near she runs off. Its making bun very upset. He’s so desperate that yesterday I found him cuddling with my shoe. He also tried cuddling with my foot when I was sitting on the chair. Is there anything I can do to make bunny be a little more affectionate towards bun?

he's not the problem, she is. i tried cuddling with him to make her jealous but she doesn't care. he keeps trying to cuddle with her and she keeps running off. he's so depressed because of her rejection!

you know what? i tried putting them in their tiny carrier together for over an hour once but that did not do a trick. if anything he was sitting in the corner and she was happily trying to dig her way out of the plastic corner. i got him a toy rabbit to cuddle with and she destroyed it. even as i type he's sitting here pathetically trying to cuddle with my feet :s

You need to threaten her with the bunny boiler scene from Fatal Attraction and then she'll be all over Bun. You'll have lotsa bunnies in no time.
