Exercising doesn’t seem to work. I am visiting the gym for a week now and for the first 5 days I burned 300 calories a day and did not lose a single pound so on teh 6th day I moved the mark higher to 500 calories and the seventh day to 700 calories, still nothing except for severe cramps in my legs.
I hardly take about say 1000( i think I am exaggerating) calories a day. Mostly my food consists of cereal bars and veggie sandwich from subway( half), still I don’t seem to lose any weight.
Chand, do you even have any weight to LOSE!!! Quit it!! You are being unhealthy with your eating habits and you're over-doing your work out. You'll collapse in a day or two if nothing else.
Go easy with your exercise but keep consistent. And eat healthier.

Why whats happening in seven days? :). Workout every other day but do about half and hour to an hour. Forget the calories part do what you like. And dont stop eating food, just replace food with healthier stuff. Also focus some of your excercises on building muscles and also losing fat from whatever part of your body you want to.
Weigh yourself today and then weigh your self in about 4 weeks and see how you have progressed. The one week diets just make you loose water and not body fat.
Keep your salt intake regular. If you dont your butt will balloon. Something to do with some glands that need salt or what not.
Dont starve yourself. That just makes you put on weight instead of losing it.
Eat regularly, if you eat once a day your body gets used to it and stores all the fat to use up till the next meal.
This will be cheeky but what they hey. You are what 18. Are you sure you havent gained in terms of assets instead of physical fat around your body? That would explain the increase in weight.
If you want to lose 5 real lbs, then at least to my knowledge its not possible in such a short period of time. You can lose 5 lbs, but it will be just water, and will fluctuate. Losing 2 lbs in a week is considered excellent. I would reccomend a reg. workout of every other day. Too much cardio results in the loss of lean muscle. Dont starve yourself, b/c that may lead to binge eating, so its better to eat 5-6 times a day, small meals/snacks. That way your smallest meal (IMO) should be dinner. Most ppl tend to eat large dinners and at that time of the day, your metabolism is at its slowest. Good luck!
Really FF? I'm the same way. It changes throughout the day. I stopped weighing myself about 2 years ago. It was getting really unhealthy cause I was weighing myself day and night and would then punish myself by not eating. Honestly, I think all scales are haram! Exercise is the best diet out there.
I try not to weight myself either. It's usually dissappointing especially the 5lb gain in one day that bursts the bubble of joy created when I magically lost that same 5 lbs a day ago! Besides I can look slim but weigh the same sowhat's the point? I go by what I see in the mirror..it's a bit more encouraging.
I got myself Windosr Pilates. The one hour one exhausts me...I only tried it once. The twenty mins one I will do sometimes twice a day, sometimes once a day at others one a week. I need discipline. Somebody train me :(
