Build muscles instead of starving & losing weight and you will be set. Depending on your bone structure, you could be 140lbs and still look good.
A few things that people ignore are
Location: Your gym should not be more than 5-10 minutes away from your house. (drive or walk)
Motivation: You should ‘start’ exercising with a partner for inspiration and discipline. You can ditch your partner after a month. This is important if your partner is a desi…because desies only plan for seven days whereas exercise is a lifetime commitment.
Diet: Avoid fatty liquids…coke, juice are killers..water water water.
no one likes anorexics woman! just quit it. quite frankly, if i remember ur pics correctly, u were quite skinny, and needed to gain a few pounds… which u apparently have, so u shud keep it. Now gaining a few pounds is a different thing compared to gaining fat. Keep urself nice n toned, no need to lose weight… trust me on this

Actually, I will be leaving for chicago in 7 days and I have got this fabu dress which happens to be Xs in size (I remember the days when fitting in to an Xs wasn't a problem). So wanna relive my golden years.
