You ought to try it. Fried lizards are very crisp and yummy. Their belly is so slippery and slips on the oil.

EMM so let me get this straight: You are not afraid of lizards but you are afraid of lizards jumping at you. So basically you are afraid of jumping or when something jumps at you? :konfused:

You should never do lizards :nono: As for cooking them is concerned :halo: as I suggested, don’t make a salan of them (with shorba), just fry them til they are light brown and crisp.

I haven't tried baking them, but you can try and let me know how it goes. Then I'll cook them that way when I invite mr. and mrs. EMM over at my place.
