There are some things that you should know:

1. Realize that you are a sinner and in need of a Savior:**

Ro 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”

Ro 3:10 “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”

This all began with the story of Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. God created them perfect, there was no death or sorrow. God told them not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. They disobeyed God and as a result, sin entered into the world. The pain which this world sees is the result of sin.

  1. Because of our sins, we die both spiritually and physically, but God sent His Son to die so that you can have a chance not to have to go to hell by accepting what He did on the cross for you:

Ro 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Ro 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. for us.”

Every person who has ever lived is a sinner and is not righteous because we do bad things. A sin is a crime against God, just as if you steal something at the store, it is punishable by going to jail. It’s the same thing with sin. Even if we lie one time, the punishment is hell, which is a prison for those who commit crimes against God. No matter how well you live your life from then on, you have already committed a sin which will be punished if you are not pardoned. If you commit a crime, and then live as a good citizen you still will go to jail for the crime you committed. Right? Just as the president can pardon a crime so you won’t go to jail, Jesus can pardon your sins so that you do not go to hell, and can go to heaven when you die.

3.** If you will confess to Jesus Christ that you are a sinner and in need of a Savior, accept Him as Lord and Savior and believe in your heart that He died on the cross and rose from the dead you will be saved.**

Ro 10:9,10 “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved..”

Joh 1:12 Joh 1:12 “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name”

You cannot get to heaven by being a good person, going to church, baptism or any other way other than by turning to Jesus and asking Him to forgive you for your sins and save you. While these are good things to do, some people believe that they will get to heaven if they do these things, but the bible says that there is only one way to heaven and that is through receiving what Jesus Christ did on the cross for you.

Will you do that today? If you will, you can be 100% sure that you will go to heaven when you die.

Do you believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose from the dead for your sins? Are you willing to turn from your sins to Jesus Christ for Salvation?

[FONT=Times New Roman]4. If you are willing to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior please humble yourself before God and pray this prayer to Him from your heart:**

“Dear LORD JESUS, I believe that YOU died on the Cross and Rose from the dead for my sins. I ask you to come into my heart and forgive me for my sins, take me to heaven when I die. I now receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus holy name, Amen.”

If you prayed that prayer from your heart to God, and meant it with all of your heart, you are now a child of God and will go to heaven when you die.

Now that you are on your way to heaven, you should attend a bible believing church and follow in baptism.

How can you claim that God when he was born had a Hebrew name Essa..then Y'all who call yourselves christians went and changed it to Jesus?

It does not seem like the same person...Right?

Right.....I stand corrected...the point I am trying to make is about "continuity in Identity"

No matter what language a Muslim speaks..we kept Allah subhanahu wa tala's and Mohammad (PBUH) name the same as it was revealed and given at birth.

So how difficult is it to pronounce esus?

We didn't "change" it to Jesus. In english, it's Jesus. It's called a translation. The name is Yeshua in Hebrew, which is Joshua, which means "Savior". However the new testiment was written in Greek, Iesous, which is where the word Jesus is translated from.

You see, the bible was written by 40 men, in 3 different languages over a 1,500 year period, yet it fits together as one book. Many of these men didn't have access to the other's writings, yet they still fit together perfectly as one book, because the bible is God's word.

Explain this to me it is getting coufusing. If it is God's word then how come:

Why? Don’t you - the majority of Pak PPL - and the Christians have the same belief? You both parties believe that Jesus was raised to Heaven and will come back, right?

So where is the difference? :konfused:

Hi, xfrodobagginsx

With all due respect, I have some questions for you.

  1. Why did Jesus (PBUH) say, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" If he came to save our sins, than why would he need to make such a statements?

  2. We as Muslims believe that we are all born sinless. Do you think it's fair to say that we are to be blamed for the sin of Adam (PBUH) and Eve?

  3. If Jesus (PBUH) was God, than why can't he just forgive our sins? What is the need for sacrafice if God is omnipotent?

  4. If Jesus (PBUH) is born without a father, so was Adam (PBUH).

  5. Did Jesus (PBUH) directly say in the bible that he came to die for our sins?

Lastly, I don't understand why should someone sacrafice his life to have our sins forgiven. I believe that everyone should be responsible for their own sins.

Sorry, I know that I don't know your religion better than you, but this was just my two cents.

Because Jesus was alone and had no connection with the Father at the time.

In Adam all humankind was tainted as we all stem from him. Sin entered Adams life. God told Adam he would die if he ate from the Tree of Knowledge. The spirit-link between God and mankind "died" or was broken when Adam transgressed.

If it can be shown that not all people stem from Adam and Eve, then Christianity is a joke. Presently the National Geographica DNA testing does point to a primordial Eve and Adam. Science will continue to investigate....

Because atonement for sin only gets done by the spilling of blood, as a blood-covenant is broken.

on another note, one can get the heaven and hell, right here on earth for what one has been doing to others. and in turn to own self.

so karma has a lot of power and real impact on everyday lives.

Sindsagar, not sure if this is a digression, but there is ample historic evidence that Arab christians may have referred to Christ as 'Esaa (Ain-Yaa-Sin-Yaa). Foremost of these is circumstancial evidence that can be drawn from the writings of YuHanaa/YaHyaa bar Mansoor (John of Damascus), the chief administrator to the Umayyad king Obd-al-MLK.

In his book "Fount of Knowledge", he takes big strides at pointing out "frivilous tales" in the Quran, and even comments on the "Text of the Table" (Surah al-Maa'idah), yet somehow fails to point out that "MHMD" got the name of Christ wrong... This is an unforgivable mistake unless John (and other Arab christians) recognized the name of Christ as Esaa in Arabic.

Moreover, I seem to have read a research paper by Shibli Zaman, in which the writer pointed out that Yashu'a (Yodh-Alep--Shin-Ain-Vav: God Saved) seems like a later contraption by the Nestorian church from the Hebrew abbriviative Y-Sh-W (Ymach-Shemu-w-Zikru: May his name and memory be efaced), and the story of him being crucified and God in turn saved/ressurected/raised/took him.

The writer further points out that the name of Christ may have been Ya'ashu (Yodh-Alep--Ain-Shin-Vav: God-Made/Created) which in many ways refers back to him being thought of as the "Son of God"... it should further be pointed out that all pious people were referred to with such names and it was more of a symbolic title. It could have been that it later took on a literal/name form, just like all religions have done after their spiritual leaders.
