Can anyone tell me how to embed a merchant account in a website.
whats the procedure for it in Pakistan.

Do you need info on how to create shopping carts or actually find CC merchants in Pakistan who'd set up your accounts?

I'm assuming you have a merchant account, or access to one of many services now available from around the world e.g. PayPal.
If using a off the shelf cart software it is likely to have been built using a modular approach. You can typically install (or activate) modules for different merchants. Leaving you to just configure i.e. your PayPal account, currency, conformations and then give it a through test. Lets say your cart does not support a particular merchant, or you are using custom software. Merchants will make use of an API. Some can be fairly simple to develop for, at the end you basically post the details of an order associated with that session.

I am creating an NGO Website. they ppl arranging a merchant which they want to embed in their website. kindly tell me whats the procedure for it.

It doesn't matter what kind of website it is (taxable or non-taxable) the procedure to connect the module would be the same. The rest of it is your own accounting system. You have to get an account with CC merchant and follow the procedure that they advice you too.
