unhappy wife= unhappy home
unhappy husband = unhappy home

You really get to know the person after some time...the most important thing is finding a person who finds happiness in small things in life such as spending time with family, living a healthy life and just being happy for your self.

Dont get stuck with a girl/guy whos deprived of love from their family ...cuz they will alwayz be attached to you a lil too much and it will destroy all that you have.

wouldn’t you want your wife to be attached to you then? what kind of mentality is that? Shouldn’t after marriage wife should be the one closest to you and attach to you in every manner and way? And how can it destroy one? can you provide examples to prove your point? because to me its just a huge generalization based on nothing.

Just like PinkLove said,So many potential candidates are there always. In Pakistan, girls get married/engaged early. Even if parents dont want to marry of their kid early but people keep sending prospective rishtas so parents do give in sometime!

Normally, what happens is that parents like a few candidates for you and leave it to you to decide. They all have good education, good back ground, reasonable looks, decency etc everyhting. Mostly, family is given preference. But then when it is like shortened to 2-3 people for you, and u have to take the last decision .. how is that done? How much time did u all take?
