I do not unserstand few basic concept about pakistan.As now it is quiet clear that F-16 deal is delayed because US congress would certainly turn down that if it put in these condition when Mushu and Pakistan PM is urging for more help for quake victims.
Now what is need to discuss IAF VS PAF ? :rolleyes:
I know there are lots of so called patriotic persons on both side who just want to increase defence budget.In my view all this would certainly help US and Other West countries as they are largest Arm exporters worlwide.
Does any new plane would get much deference in IAF vs PAF scenario ? I know IAF have already decided to buy more then 200 new Jets out of which 126 new jets ,40 Mig 29 MK2 with new aircraft carrier and 40 new Tejas with Advance weapons systems.All these planes and few new Radars from Israel does not give us certification that we can compete with US in future or we can dominate Indian ocean.But Indian goverment can afford all this because of rapid growth in Economy and our finance minister just stated in Davos infront of 150 delegates from different country that we would cross 800 billion$ mark in this year(2005) only and India is adding around 80 bil $ every year to its Economy.

Please think about this and there is no need to indulge in any sort of competition.In my view economy should get first priority.Corruption is our biggest enemy.please move together to remove corruption from everywhere.
India do not want unstable Pakistan and this can be said for Pakistan also because economy always follows cascading effects.Improve trade in this block and sooner we can see improved South Asia.
