  1. China & India are now on friendly terms
  2. USA has agreed to support India as a 'world power'
  3. The percapita income is rising at 7-8% pa in India-making the gap between Pak & India bigger.
  4. India's economy is almost 10 times bigger than Pakistan - the chances of Pakistan ever catching up to India are near NIL.
  5. Pakistan is over stretched, and spending far too much on its armed forces - already there is a huge resentment in the country.
  6. Internationally, Pakistan is known as the breeding ground for terrorism - and India is recognised as it's victim.
  7. The earthquake-will require massive economic input, and talking of spending money on Air seperority is plainly misplace.

*Unfortunately (or furtunately) for Pakistan - PEACE with India is the only option *
