You do not understand political dynsmic of India. No government if India can start a war just beause they are Hinudtva wadi. A large number of Indian pols owe their existence to their allegiance to a secular view (e.g. Mulayam, Laloo etc.) Yes I am sure that India will not start a war with Pakistan because Indian Army is subservient to its political masters and unlike Pakistan, do not go off starting war just to justify their existence. Mian reason that pakistan started the threww ears is not because ordinary Pakistani citizen wanted it but that Pak army wanted it.
