Egg is the most common breakfast staple and there are dozens of ways to prepare it, like my brother in law who has degree from culinary school was visiting us and he made scrambled egg, Parsi Style for us …

What is your favorite style of egg preparation. I love sunny side up or medium done, with little salt on top.

I have many ways:

  1. Fry it in water
  2. Fry in oil with garlic and salt only
  3. Make khageena of it
  4. Half fry
  5. Fry it with onion and green bullet chillies

Pure vegetarians should not eat egg and milk becasue both of them are animal food and not plant food.

Hmmmm i like the one that someone makes for me, fried or boiled or omelatte... jo bhi ho but tayaar mill jaey khaanay ko. kiya baat hai uss anday ki jee :D

How about hard boiled, chopped in small cubes and then fry them with some hari mirch, pyaaz and maybe tomatoes ..
