I think one's online behavior also is determined by their background. Sometimes, lack of proper education, short temper, irrationality, immaturity, lack of humility, lack of respect for others' opinions, narrow mindedness, TONS of spare time, impulsive lying, etc...all lead to something called word vomit:
Meaningless...nonsensical...babble.
