You might either be sleeping more than your body's requirement or less. Notice how well you're eating, as a factor too.
coffee! or an energy drink like lucozade etc.

I feel like that when I sleep too much. How about setting a sleeping pattern and sticking to it?
Try sleeping for 6 hours and see how you feel.

feeling lethargic and sleeping more than usual is probably a sign of inactivity and lack of exercise and yes food choices, no heavy meals right before bedtime should help.

Yup, like Reha said oversleeping can make you lethargic as well..
Try reducing an hour or two of sleep
Go for a brisk morning walk or jogging even if it's for 15-20 mins, nothing freshens you up more
If you normally shower before bed, move it to morning
Do have breakfast, an empty stomach can also cause fatigue/tiredness
If you do have breakfast already try not to take things that are too heavy(parathas etc..) instead use smoothie/cereals/toast etc ..something that is filling but not heavy.

When's your next checkup? Mention it to your doctor if you're feeling tired even after getting a full night's sleep. It may be some sort of nutritional deficiency or hormonal imbalance that can easily be corrected after a blood test to confirm and some vitamins to deal with it.

Sleeping more is actually good untill it doesnt become a habit.

I had the same problem, and the only thing that solved it was exercise, you also have to watch the amount of carbohydrates you take in. All I can say, eat well, and exercise. That is the only way you can combat it.

Actually I haveread that everyone needs adifferent amount of sleep. 8 hours is just the average. Some people need 5 hours of sleep while others need 9 hours. I personally need 9 and a half hours of sleep to not want to nap during the day.
