WTH man .. I have my breakfast at 7:45 AM (on weekdays) .. its not very heavy but substantial. Wifey fixes me an omelet or a jam and butter sandwich or cereal or hotdog and egg .. you know a decent day starter by any standard.
but I start feeling hungry around 9:30 again. By 10:30 I am starving. I can hardly wait till 11:00 and then I warm up my lunch and start eating.
How heavy is your breakfast and what is the usual gap between brekfast and lunch for you?
When I do have breakfast I feel hungry v quick within an hour or so:bummer:
When I dont hv breakfast(which is usually) then I can go without food till dinner which would be at 10 in teh night.
My breakfast usually consists of just coffee. THen I get running around and dont have much time so just snack...but Ican amaze with my eating oncekids are settled...kind of like a football linebacker prepping for the superbowl lol.
To me, eating is a pleasure, something to relax and enjoy so I tend to kind of neglect it till boys are asleep. Inshallah, one day they will find enjoyment in eating, its one ofthe pleasures of life!! But for now, its more of a chore so I leave my own personal enjoyment to when it can remain as just that!
For me It depends what i am doing.
If I am doing much work out, and I also do work out before coming to work, I feel hungry with in 10 of eating breakfast. :(
around 2 hours later i'll have 2 pieces fruit with a yoghurt, then lunch around 12.30, have another snack of fruit or crackers 2 hours later then dinner around 6. Don't munch after...
