As for ‘games’ every sane person agrees theyre fantasy, not everyone agrees forums are fake where real living humans interact with one other and where people get to know each other.

CM's thread got me thinking...

When I first arrived on GS I considered people here just people, random strangers at that, I didn't particularly care what I said or how I came out with it as 'everyone was just a stranger behind a screen so who cares'.

But then I came to know a few people and it dawned on me, these are NOT just nicknames but these are REAL people, just like me.

I know some good people here, especially one, who is just as cool as anyone. Just because its 'online' does not mean we should treat people here differently to real life in terms of respect etc. Just because they are sitting behind a screen does not mean they're any less real.

So how 'real' is GS to you?

Whatever you see in the AI isnt real until unless you meet someone from the net off of it.

@Shak09: You didn’t get my point when i mentioned about 10K posts. I wanted to say that, the posts number does not mean that I believe in these forums thats why i am here. I was trying to say that i am more addicted to that forum YET i don’t believe in its reality.

How come you are even sure that the words i am writing here are not thee actual things i want to say without judging the tone of my voice?

I can claim that I am some Doctor to impress others. Do you have any way to look at my words and tell that i am being honest or fake?

I believe, Words are nothing if they are not backed up by actions .. .. and here .. there are no actoins .. .. there are only words and if someone knows how to play with actions, he will be player here .. + if someone knows how to use “google” he can portray as most knowledgable person here.

The other day, I was talking to a friend who is in Germany, he said something in Dutch and i din know a single thing about it. I useg google translator and talked with him for like 30 min in dutch language. at the end he said, when did you learn dutch .. I was like .. emm .. a monthy ago .. Now what you say herE???
