I thought the 10 yr spiked abt a week back and is now near it’s highs.

With unemployment low fed expected to tighten to curb inflation.

By easing I meant by the rate of increase, it was closer to 1.4 before Nov then rocketed up with Trump election then hovered around the 2.5 range
