I never considered not praying to be a sin. Is it? Y
you are missing a farz but still not commiting a sin.
I fail to understand how come you say its not committing a sin.
There is a hadith of the prophet that prayer comes in between shirk and kufr. How true the statement is and believe me you cant understand unless you experience it practically.
Its not sin, but remember its the only pillar in Islam which told to Prophet direclty by Allaah, on the day of Meraj and the only pillar of Islam which was ordained by Allaah in the heavens unlike other pillars.
namaaz must be prayed whenever one can and ideally one must make time for nimaz. Farz namaz and then namaz-z-e-bakhsish. may we all remember Allah every living moment of our lives.
amen.
muali papey, tussi har vallay naraaz ho jande o. See my reply to Seminole pra and it'll make sense- if not Islam, what else is identity of Pakistan? Don't you remember, "Pakistan da matlab kiya?".. I am not fond of LAL MASJID fanatics too.. Maulana Abdul Rashid Ghazi talks like a bewakoof at times..
Please give a reference to any urdu dictionary where it states Pakistan ka mutlab.

Salah should be prayed at any cost not whenever one can this again provides a small of covering up something which was obligated by Allaah.
Let me give you an eg. Read Suran4:103 in the Quran. It infact even goes onto say even during the time of war, prayer is obligatory on us.
Alhamadulliha 4 waqat ki tuo confirm hai but sometime i missed out fajar's Namaz....
kabhi tuo aisa shataan atta hia kah buss...........
but we shud pray 5 times.Without it :(.......
^ i agree with what you said here. yet, for women who are menstrating and/or breastfeeding, rules to offer the Farz prayers are slightly different.
best,
Dushwari
Sister if your talking from that POV agreed, and no denial. I am stating in general terms. If thats what you had stated in your early thread, then i am extremely sorry to have mis understood.

Shaitaan baicharay ka kia kasoor hai. Not a leaf turns in this world without the consent of God. Or you don't agree to this?
**Surely there are people who worship Allah out of desire for reward and this is the worship of traders.
And surely there are people who worship Allah out of fear of punishment, and this is the worship of slaves.
And surely there are people who worship Allah out of gratitude, and this is the worship of the free.
**Which also reminds me of a saying of our Prophet Mohammad s.a.w. (from Mizan Al Hikma, Vol 5, P.9 <<<<I have no idea about this book but I read this somewhere n just copied it down)
The preference of a young man who worships Allah in his youth to an old man who worships after he comes old is like the preference of the prophets to the rest of the people.
I mean Namaz.
Do you pray 5 times a day? few on time & few kaza? or even less than that? juma to juma, eid to eid. ??
I try but I can't. Sometimes I feel like it is too much to ask from an average muslim. :(
yanee sharaam tu kisi ko choo kay bhi nahee guzree sab kitnay fahaar say bata rahay hain koi ek waqat koi 2 waqat tu koi partaa hi nahee .........
or agar koi un ko sahee baat bata raha hai tu us pay behass kar rahay hain or fozool reasons day rahay hain yeh maloom hi nahee kay 1 namaz chornay ka kitnaa bara azaab hai namaz 7 saal say farz ho jatti hai yane 7 saal kay baad aap ki namaz naa parhnay pay saza tu...
sara waqat net tu use kar saktay ho lakin uth kay namaz kay waqat namaz nahee parh saktay
I just pointed out farz, bhaijaan. Maybe it doesn't make sense in the western societies but it does in Pakistan'context- being a state fromed on religion. Our identity is religion- the whole naiton was formed on the concept of homeland for the muslims of the subcontinent. My purpose is to see people follow religion peacefully rather than bother others.. People ran from Europe to the US 5 centuries ago? Yeah, there are religious persecution(like quakers and purists etc. who ran to the US when they faced religious persection)- I am not at all hinting at any religious persecution. Kher chhado. menu pata nahin si..
Your not a very good PAKISTANI... Please stop refering to yourself as a Pakistani, you insult us all.
Don’t discuss your sins to others…Leaving Salat is a major, major sin…If you miss it, do Qada’a, but don’t bring it out in the open…
And asking someone for how many times they pray is like discussing a secret…You never ask it in the open and then when you do, it’s has to be a someone you can totally trust…
Just do your best…And Allah :swt: will :insha: guide…

sharaam karoo tum sab
may be Right, but this is not the way to teach. you think by insulting others you can make them pray?
Or do you want us to lie abt how often we pray?
I do not know any of the ppl on this forum this is why I asked this question. In real life ofcourse I do not ask anyone abt a matter like this.
Brining it up has been helpful to me so I do not have any regrets abt bringing up this topic.
some of the responses have been very helpful SO good that I asked this question.
