. I try to include something daily. A walk or a short fitness video but tbh I find it a chore. Those who exercise regularly did you always enjoy it or learn to enjoy it?
I find it easier to exercise in summer as can go out but as it is getting chilly I am avoiding that.
Nope, I hated working out at the gym. I grew up being very active in playing sports but once I left University and starting working the only extracurricular activity I did was play soccer once a week in the summers. But once I started working out, I got addicted to the incredible feeling it gives you. I still hate it but luckily my mind somehow remembers how great I feel after so I'm able to motivate myself to go. I do cardio 3 times a week and strength training twice a week. Sometimes if I'm pressed for time I'll do Shaun T's Focus 25 which is 25 mins of intense exercise. When I can get to a pool I love swimming for exercise, its cardio and strength training all in one!
I hate going to gym, but go there, avg three times a week, for 30-40 mins, for one reason only. All the bench pressing has started showing some results. :(
This year everyday. Alhamdulliah only skipping handful days. So proud of myself :-)
Motivation and a healthy lifestyle is the only tip I go by with. Choice is always yours; no one can motivate you but your own self. Keep at it at a consistence pace, train your mind and inshallah you won't find it 'challenging' but just like another daily chore
5 days a week. 55 min on average. Mostly jogging. On a good week I do some situps pushups and wts in addition. All jogging done outdoors. Wts in backyard.
Waiting for oifu to finish a telecon. Then we go for our 55 min jog
I am very health conscious for healthy. So never forget to go morning walk daily. Its my routine.
According to me 25 minutes is enough for exercising. Exercise is one of the best and an effective way to keep healthy and fit.
I exercise about 5-6 times a week, I usually do a 30 minute cardio workout from youtube and recently have incorporated strength training too. I do my workouts at home. As I see results I am motivated to keep going.
