What do you mean I am used to distinguishing suspicious smelling meat…lol… I thought anything that is rotten generally has bad rotten kind of smell.
We don’t get really nice meat where I am, after cooking it would have a smell, even the chicken (not the rotten smell…just a different smell) so my mom told me to add good amount of garlic ginger and bhonafy the meat with it a little before adding other spices or water. Though I don’t cook too much chicken or meat because of the smell thing but whenever I do, the garlic paste helps reduce the smell…
