. that’s really the extent of the exercise i get.
Daily for 30-45 minutes...jogging and situps.
3-4 times a week about an hour each time.
It becomes really addictive !!!

I was doing a few miles a day on the treadmill everyday and dance lessons in the evening up until a few weeks ago when I injured my knee. From next week, I’ll start up on the treadmill again, inshallah, and do winsor pilates in the evening. ![]()
atleast an hour on the treadmill 5 times a week. I make sure I burn atleast 550 calories on the treadmill on my gym day.
hey u gym goers.. have u noticed on the bikes, it doesnt matter how much ur sweating.. u dont lose as much calories as u do whilst walking slow on the treadmill?
ok that made no sense whatsoever.. what i mean to say is, howcome u dont lose much calories on the bike?

because when you walk/jog/run, ur working out your entire body, ur carrying all ur weight. When ur on teh bike ur just sitting and working your legs only, at least htat'show it is for me. I dono if that made sense or anything, but that's what i know.
On the other hand, when i'm on the bike, its quicker to do a mile than if i jog or walk. So guys wat's betteR? 3 miles a day, or 20-40 minutes of any aerobic exercise> coz i'm always confuzedddd
^ thanks Sara.. i think if u do about 45 min of exercise about 3-4 times a week its really good.. be it dancing, walking, jogging or anything
so it doesnt matter if u do 2 miles or 10.. as long as ur moving and burning fat, its good :k:
