Haha..kegels. Actually with a 2 and a half year old in Manhattan⦠I do tons of walking everyday(pushing stroller and chasing her). Iām getting too tanned too because of it. But then I also do weights 3-4 days a week. Building up the delts, bis, tris and quads.

I hate going to the gym or to the public pool. So i always sign up but never go. Team sports are crap if you're doing it for fun because you depend on other people being there and usually once a couple of people drop off, thats the end of that. Anything else like yoga and stuff, defies the point of excercise imo, you might as well nod off and probably will get the same amount excercise. So that doesn't leave me with much choice. If I feel like it, skipping is good and can be done anytime, anywhere. Get others to join in and it's like you're back at school. It's fun. Other than I think the whole fitness circuit is really very bleak and uninspirational. But then I still think swings are the best things ever. I wonder when they will be marketed as 'the next big secret' for body conscious women?

I didnt do much for the last year, except a bit of tennis and running around to lectures at uni.However, this year I actually am doing a lot more.Walking, running, healthy diet and all.One of these days Im going to attack junk food.:o Theres only so much I can take.

i spend on average 2 hours at the gym 5-6 times a week.
this includes a 45 minute aerobic workout. 20 mins on the stepper and 20 minutes on the reebock runner thingi and then work round the gym toning up, weights etc etc. on top of that I walk 40 minutes a day.
Motivating myself is the hardest part.. exercise is actually addictive, seeing how far you can push your body gives you a rush!
in the last 3 months I have lost 30lbs. and dropped down a full bra size + cup and got loads baggy clothes that need taking in a few inches! :)
