3 litres...but i have to drink more cos of the job i do...on days that im teaching i drink more to avoid dehydration.

they say it's good to take in about 10 glasses a day.

I do fine with about 7-8.

Take a half liter water (TAP WATER) bottle with you. Re-fill whenever it is empty, make it a habit to finish the bottle within 2 hours and you will see lot of changes in everything you do inshAllah!

^^ ya true but pepsi is much more sweeter and thus effects the bones more faster than coke

although i would avoid these carbonated drinks as much as possible

8 litres. And no, it has no adverse affects on my kidneys. I chug like a pirate during exams. Ive substituted squash for other exam niblets.

well.. natural juice comes boxed where I live… :halo: the only other natural thing i drink everyday is homemade banana milkshake, tea/kawa, and sometimes lassi.

enough that i piss like a race horse every hour of awake time..

at work, as a joke (which will tell u LIL BIT of seriousness involved here), people took my name plate off the office’door, and put it on the washroom’s door

ever since work introduced electrolyte-regenerating supplement, i’ve started drinking even more water.. goal is to continue the 2mile runs in summer without dehydrating..

i might get an artificial hunch installed for that purpose.. oh thats an idea..

It doesn't really matter if its liters or gallon, just drink as much water adn you can, inorder to stay alive and does not get dehydrated., should be fine.

i loveeeeee drinking water so here at work i finish a bottle daily .. and then at home abt 3 glasses .. cose i forget :(
