I leave 20 percent. If the staff is nice then I will leave more.

Do you ladies give a tip when you get your brows threaded?!? I do but I have seen women not leave any and one lady actually walked out with me nd told me my tip was unnecessary because then they expect it from everyone. I wanted her to accidentally fall on my fisted hand but we went out separate ways.

I do. The same is true when getting my nails done. ^A lady once told me that as well.

It’s actually a bit overwhelming with all of the tips. Yes, I know its just a few dollars, but it adds up:

• bartender - even for the diet coke or lemonade, it’s like a dollar a drink.
• coatcheck person - $1 to 2 (depending on whether I have a loonie or twoonie)
• room service - $3-5 for meals delivered to the room
• pizza delivery guy - $3-5
• cab driver - $5 on a cash fare - 10-15% on a credit fare

Who don’t I tip? The doorman at the hotel and I alwys decline bellhop services - I can carry my own suitcases up, thank you very much!

Who gets the 15-20%? That’s for restaurant meals or personal services (i.e. masseuse, hairstylist).

So we don’t like tipping in Pakistan. At all. Lol.

1. Because everything is already so expensive. If im at a good(affordable by some standards) restaurant and get a bill of 2500+ for only two people..im sure as hell not paying 20% tip for it.

2. Service charges are 17-20%.

3. At smaller food outlets(street food/dhabbas).. I’d tip upto 5-7% on a good day.

4. I’m kanjoos.

100 rs is what I’d normally tip tbh. Bill is around 2000… I’d tip 100-120. And this is the norm. Not like im being maha kanjoos or anything.
