I dont tip if service isn't satisfactory. Like if the food was served real late or in parts. Specially when people who came after me are getting served before me. No or minimal tip then.

Good food, service and they get anywhere between 15-20 percent.

I don't give tips unless i am very happy by the service. And me and my friends usually give it to waitresses who are pretty.

I tip 15% standard...more if the service was exceptional

Well in karachi if its a Pathan Chai wala I would give him a tenner !!! and if am in some posh restaurant Id probably will give him around Rs 200 /-- MAX .

In almost all of the Europe, gratuity is included in the bill so no need to add extra. In US however 15% is the norm. 18% if you get good services and 20% for the exceptional.
In USA resturants usually add 18% autograt for party of 8 or more,
